CLEPTOMANIA
Ingrid. Bersenda
Kleptomania is a impulses control disorder, characterized by the appellant inability to resist the urge to steal for personal use or for the economic value.
The stolen objects are not objects that the cleptomaniac person needs, But they are a means of feeling sensations of pleasure and gratitude.
However, soon after the act, the kleptomaniac feels a strong sense of unease (for example sense of guilt).
So the consequences of this disorder are many, not just from a personal point of view, but also legal and family.
Kleptomania can also be present in moles children and in teenagers.
